What is Beam Duo?

How do the timer settings work?
Choose 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 minutes. The manual suggests 15–25 minutes, 3–4 times a week, and recommends an initial one-minute comfort test. Start at a lower brightness and follow the full instructions.
How do I set up my Duo?
The manual directs you to remove the protective film, install the supplied eye protectors and straps, then connect the masks to the controller. Adjust the straps for a comfortable fit, start with a one-minute comfort test and follow the full setup instructions.
How do I charge the controller?
Disconnect the masks from the controller before charging. The controller’s screen indicator flashes while charging and turns off when charging is complete. Follow the supplied instructions and use the correct power connection.
Is Duo waterproof?
No. The Duo manual states that the device is not waterproof and should be kept away from water. Do not use a damaged device. For specific cleaning guidance, contact Beam support before applying any cleaner.
Who should not use Duo?
The manual excludes use during pregnancy or breastfeeding and by anyone under 18. It also warns against use with light-induced skin reactions, photosensitive substances, damaged or broken skin, or genetic eye disorders. Wear the supplied eye protection and stop if discomfort occurs. Consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have relevant health or skin conditions, and read the complete manual before use.
What is the warranty?

Beam’s 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, subject to its terms.

What should I know about returns?

Unused items in original packaging may qualify. Start your return within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns must be received within 50 days of order delivery. Customers pay return shipping; shipping costs and additional fees are non-refundable. Final-sale items are excluded. Read the full policy for all conditions.
